Salah Kamel, Founder and CEO

Salah Kamel is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Semarchy. Prior to that, Mr. Kamel was Enterprise Information Management Architect for Oracle Data Integration within Oracle Fusion Middleware group, responsible for rationalizing Oracle’s data integration portfolio.

Mr. Kamel was formerly Chief Technology Officer and one of the early founders of Sunopsis, a leading provider of integration software acquired by Oracle in 2006. Prior to joining Sunopsis, he managed worldwide deployments of corporate data warehouses for Global 5000 companies and was personally involved in the tuning of very large databases.

He was also involved in the launch of a software company that provided database administration tools for the Oracle platform, based on the “Virtual Enterprise” model. Mr. Kamel holds a Master Degree of Engineering in Computer and Information Technology, INSA Lyon, France.

Gauthier Vasseur, COO

Mr Vasseur leads the international development of the company from Semarchy’s Silicon Valley offices.

His combined experience in Finance, High Tech and Business Intelligence from leading organizations such as Remy Cointreau, Hyperion/Oracle and Google brings the right operational mix to support the company fast growth.

Passionate by data management and integration, Mr Vasseur is also instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies and senior advisor at BIX Software.

Pascal Blanchard, Vice President, Sales

As the Vice President of Sales, Mr. Blanchard oversees all revenues and customer operations for Semarchy. He brings his long experience and excellent knowledge of the market and distribution channels.

Prior to joining Semarchy, Mr. Blanchard held various sales management positions in international organizations. He was Vice President of Sales and one of the early founders of Sunopsis, a Data Integration provider acquired by Oracle (Data Integrator) in 2006.

FX Nicolas, Vice-President, Product Management and Marketing

François-Xavier “FX” Nicolas is vice-president for Semarchy, responsible for managing the Semarchy product and marketing strategy.

Mr. Nicolas was formerly Principal Product Manager for Oracle Fusion Middleware, in charge of the Data Integration product portfolio.  Prior to Oracle, he was Product Manager and one of the early adopters of Sunopsis, a leading provider of integration software acquired by Oracle in 2006. Prior to joining Sunopsis, he held various positions of expertise for software vendors. Mr Nicolas holds a Master Degree of Engineering in Computer and Information Technology, INSA Lyon, France.
