Semarchy is seeking a smart, eager and diligent Marketing Intern to work with our team at the company’s original office in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, 15 minutes from Lyon, France. This is an exciting role, with a great deal of variety in day-to-day marketing activities – from demand generation to social media and from campaigns to graphic design!

From a core team that worked together at previous successful ventures, an ever-expanding team brings skills from their universities, work experiences, and diverse backgrounds to form one of the most exciting places to work in the region.

You will work under the guidance of an experienced Chief Marketing Officer and have day-to-day interaction with the product team as well as a new marketing staffer to be hired soon. English skills are very important – there will be a lot to translate and talk about between French and English!

Requirements:

  • English (and French) Fluency
  • Very strong verbal written communication skills
  • Solidly self-motivated individual

Desired skills:

  • Content Exposition experience, publishing and disseminating
  • An understanding of Search Engine Management (SEO) and Search Engine Management (SEM)
  • A basic understanding of website development in WordPress and HubSpot
