On June 28, 2019, the annual meeting of the French Semarchy Client Advisory Board took place at the Museum of Fine Arts in Lyon. The year 2018-2019 was rich in sensational news for Semarchy and it was a pleasure to bring our customers together to take stock.
Review of the year 2018-2019
Salah Kamel, CEO of Semarchy, kicked off the day with a summary of key events from the past year, including entry into the Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave and the the Gartner Peer Insight Customer Choice Award.
FX Nicolas, VP Products, presented the newest detailed functionalities of Semarchy xDM v.5 introduced in the last 12 months, as well as the roadmap for the coming year.

Benefit from the user experience
Our guests participated in a collaborative workshop led by Salah and FX, during which they were able to express what future functionalities would be beneficial to their users and to exercise their influence on the roadmap.
Thierry Valentin, Area Manager and Gregory Bouc, Technical Architect, from our client Feu Vert Group, , shared their successful experience with Semarchy. With xDM, Feu Vert benefits from a 360-degree view of its customers, which allows them to improve customer loyalty and optimize marketing costs.

The day was punctuated by a guided tour to discover some of the emblematic works of the Museum, among others: the sculpture “The Temptation of Saint Anthony” by Auguste Rodin, the painting “The Flight into Egypt” by Nicolas Poussin, and the rectangular sarcophagi of ancient Egypt.
