Bill is a seasoned agent of change. Over a 30-year career in multinational SIs and ISVs, Bill has majored on
energy and utilities. He designed and implemented PowerGen’s first billing system as well as managed relationships with and delivered innovation into all the industry majors, including E.On, British Gas, ScottishPower, NPower and EdF. He has delivered dual-fuel DUoS, TUoS and TIR solutions for I&C and Domestic in addition to creating Digital Customer Experience solutions for Oracle, IBM and Hewlett Packard.
Today, Bill is a director of CSObjective and Co-CEO and founder of Consentricare, companies that deliver innovative solutions to enterprises that need to transform before they are overtaken by change.

Alan has over 20 years experience working on major energy industry transformation programs. During this time he has played a leading role in specifying and procuring the Data Transfer Network for the 1998 Retail Electricity deregulation Program. He also led the Design Authority for the 2001 New Electricity Trading Arrangements and was an integral player in major SI’s bid teams for the Data services element of the Smart Metering Implementation Program.
Most recently Alan undertook energy industry assignments for Ofgem, BEIS and Gemserv, including leading the Data Quality Issues Resolution activities for the SMIP Operations Group.
Nick is an industry insider who influenced and initiated many of the processes and changes that we face today.
A former CEO of the Energy Networks Association (the ‘pipes and wires’ body, where the discussions on Smart Meters began), he was also CEO of The British Wind Energy Association (where he led the development of the first offshore windfarm rounds), CEO of the Renewable Fuels Agency, steering the obligation on oil companies to blend rising levels of biofuels into UK supply and CEO of Bonsucro, the global sugarcane sustainability body.
Nick is a psychologist by training, whose career started in journalism and broadcasting. He has advised governments around the world, is an accomplished public speaker and can handle a sugarcane machete. Today Nick lives by the sea overlooking a wind farm, consults, coaches and writes books.
