Semarchy meets Fleur Pellerin, French minister for SMEs, Innovation and Digital Economy

Semarchy represents high-tech and innovation at San Francisco Event

Semarchy, the Data Convergence Company and leading provider of Evolutionary MDM Solutions, announced that it had the honor to represent high-tech and innovation companies at French Minister’s Silicon Valley round table in San Francisco. This event, organized by the French American Chamber of Commerce on June 2, covered topics such as Big Data, Cloud, Security, Innovation and Founding.

This round table was a good opportunity to discuss and comment the current projects led by the French government in the innovation and computer science space. “As a software start-up based both in France and in the Silicon Valley, it was very valuable to share our experience and see how we can support these initiatives”, said Gauthier Vasseur, COO of Semarchy.

“Semarchy definitively has a role to play in the big data, cloud and information management fields, which are the core of the French Government initiatives”, added Gauthier.

Fleur Pellerin mentioned the importance of education to support the talent demand, and discussed the following ideas: Innovation contests, hackathons, engineering-business bridges and infusion of entrepreneurship spirit in classes.
