Vertica Component
Overview
Semarchy xDI allows to work with Vertica to produce fully customized Data Flows.
The database structure can be entirely reversed in Metadata and then used in Mappings and Processes to design and adapt the business rules to meet the user’s requirements.
Install the Vertica Component
The Vertica Component is installed from Semarchy xDI Designer using the component installation feature.
Third-party libraries
This component requires third-party libraries that cannot be bundled with {di-designer-name-regular} due to licensing reasons. Refer to the official Vertica website or resources to retrieve it.
After you have the necessary Vertica libraries, create a Vertica module for your project, and add the libraries to the module.

Sub-Metadata support
The Vertica component lets you create Sub-Metadata on Vertica schema and query folder Metadata nodes.
