Salah Kamel is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Semarchy. Prior to founding Semarchy, Salah was Senior Architect for Oracle’s Enterprise Information Management products, including data integration within Oracle Fusion Middleware group. He was responsible for rationalizing Oracle’s data integration portfolio.
Salah was Chief Technology Officer and one of the founders of Sunopsis, a leading provider of integration software acquired by Oracle in 2006. Prior to joining Sunopsis, he managed worldwide deployments of corporate data warehouses for Global 5000 companies and was responsible for architecting and tuning very large databases.

Michael is a long-time data industry executive, who spends his days reinventing how technology can help improve business outcomes. Also an accomplished writer, speaker and blogger, he thinks of his role as “Chief Product Evangelist” and “Storyteller of Client Success.” He has spearheaded re-branding, messaging and positioning projects for almost 20 years.–with brief forays into development, customer success and sales.
Prior to his current role, Michael led marketing at Socure, a FinTech growth company that is the leader in Digital Identity Verification. Previously, he led marketing on an interim basis for Trifacta, an high-energy Silicon Valley start-up focused on the burgeoning requirements for Data Wrangling. Prior to this, he led marketing for the analytics portfolio at MicroStrategy. Mr. Hiskey joined MicroStrategy from a CMO role at Kognitio. There, he had worldwide responsibility for the Lead Development Organization (SDR Team), corporate strategy and business development/strategic partnerships.
Vice President of Sales EMEA
Pascal oversees all revenue and customer operations for Semarchy in Europe. He brings his long experience and excellent knowledge of the market and distribution channels.
Prior to joining Semarchy, Pascal held various sales management positions in international organizations. He was Vice President of Sales and one of the early founders of Sunopsis, a data integration provider acquired by Oracle in 2006.

Responsible for the development of Semarchy’s business in the UK and Nordic countries, Richard Branch has extensive experience of the MDM market.
Prior to joining Semarchy, Richard held senior positions at Oracle and Informatica and established Sunopsis in the UK. He has worked in data management all of his career, specializing in business intelligence, data warehousing and master data management.

François-Xavier “FX” Nicolas is responsible for all aspects of the success of Semarchy products from specification through to introducing them to the market.
FX was Principal Product Manager for Oracle Fusion Middleware, in charge of the data integration product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, he was Product Manager at Sunopsis.

Matthew Dahlman is responsible of the success of Semarchy’s customers and partners world wide.
Matthew formerly served as Technical Director for Business Development at Jaspersoft (now TIBCO) where he oversaw development of the most popular Business Intelligence offering on AWS Marketplace. Previously he was Technical Director of Asia Pacific overseeing Professional Services, Support, and Presales for Sunopsis.
