Salah Kamel

Founder and CEO

Salah Kamel is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Semarchy. Prior to founding Semarchy, Salah was Senior Architect for Oracle’s Enterprise Information Management products, including data integration within Oracle Fusion Middleware group. He was responsible for rationalizing Oracle’s data integration portfolio.

Salah was Chief Technology Officer and one of the founders of Sunopsis, a leading provider of integration software acquired by Oracle in 2006. Prior to joining Sunopsis, he managed worldwide deployments of corporate data warehouses for Global 5000 companies and was responsible for architecting and tuning very large databases

Steve Millard

Chief Operating Officer

Steve has led teams from pre-revenue all the way up to $1B+ in revenue, both subscription (cloud) and license based enterprise software. He drove the resurgence of one of the most exciting players in the Big Data space, as president and CEO of London-based Kognitio.

Steve served at Informatica as General Manager of the Americas where he led all sales, presales and operations in the Americas and was accountable for 70% of world wide revenue.

Michael Hiskey

Chief Marketing Officer

Michael led marketing for data wrangling start-up Trifacta. Prior to this, he led marketing for the analytics portfolio at MicroStrategy. Michael joined MicroStrategy from a CMO role at Kognitio, the VP of Marketing & Business Development where he had worldwide responsibility for marketing and strategic partnering relationships.

Pascal Blanchard

Vice President of Sales EMEA

Pascal oversees all revenue and customer operations for Semarchy in Europe. He brings his long experience and excellent knowledge of the market and distribution channels.

Prior to joining Semarchy, Pascal held various sales management positions in international organizations. He was Vice President of Sales and one of the early founders of Sunopsis, a data integration provider acquired by Oracle in 2006.

Richard Branch

Vice President of Operations, UK and Northern Europe

Responsible for the development of Semarchy’s business in the UK and Nordic countries, Richard Branch has extensive experience of the MDM market.

Prior to joining Semarchy, Richard held senior positions at Oracle and Informatica and established Sunopsis in the UK. He has worked in data management all of his career, specializing in business intelligence, data warehousing and master data management.

FX Nicolas

Vice President of Product Success

François-Xavier “FX” Nicolas is responsible for all aspects of the success of Semarchy products from specification through to introducing them to the market.

FX was Principal Product Manager for Oracle Fusion Middleware, in charge of the data integration product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, he was Product Manager at Sunopsis.

Matthew Dahlman

Vice President of Customer Success

Matthew Dahlman is responsible of the success of Semarchy’s customers and partners world wide.

Matthew formerly served as Technical Director for Business Development at Jaspersoft (now TIBCO) where he oversaw development of the most popular Business Intelligence offering on AWS Marketplace. Previously he was Technical Director of Asia Pacific overseeing Professional Services, Support, and Presales for Sunopsis.
